EHS Guards:
$21 per hour Weds-Sun 3PM-11PM Summary This position will provide overall support for the Environmental, Health & Safety department by performing building safety audits. Responsibilities
  • Inspecting premises and work activities
  • Investigate accidents
  • Maintain accurate and detailed log
  • Verifying Pre-Task-Plan's accuracy with work conducted onsite
  • Conduct weekly Observation Tours with each contractor
  • Preparing reports on occurrence and tracking corrective actions to closure
  • Identify and address hazards, tracking corrective actions to closure
  • Promoting a culture of health and safety in the workplace
  • Establishing cordial and professional relationship with employees, contractors, and visitors
  • Maintaining compliance with all safety regulations
  • Conducting daily hand off meetings with all shifts
  • Reviewing existing policies, procedures, and measures
  • Utilizing LG incident escalation protocol
  • Replenish safety equipment as needed
  • Conduct safety equipment inspections
  • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • OSHA 30-hour certifications, preferred (mandatory after 30 days)
  • 1-2 years experience a plus Preferred Skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional/Positive attitude
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
