This position is in our specialized portfolio enterprise where we serve diverse businesses who support unique customers or markets, including animal nutrition and health, bioindustrial, road safety salt and Cargill joint ventures. The Safety Associate III will track analysis of various safety programs within the plant and identify improvements, deliver and assist with safety training, investigate safety incidents, maintain/order safety supplies and complete monthly safety inspections with minimal guidance or support. In this role, you will complete analysis, trainings and evaluations to reduce injuries and other risk factors to maintain and increase the overall safety and productivity of the plant.
