General Purpose Oversee the operation of mix rooms by working from schedules and formulas to utilize production's schedule to plan the sequence of mix needed to flow from tanks. Job Duties and Responsibilities Collect required samples needed for Quality Assurance testing

Exercise care and follow all sanitary process procedures associated with the pumping of mix

Maintain working knowledge related to ingredient mix for batching purposes

Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately

Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues

Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements

Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent
