Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. How you'll make an impact Promote a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental excellence Communicate safety initiatives, processes, and standards across teams Train, coach, and support employees on safety best practices Monitor compliance and manage nonconformance effectively Guide leaders and teams on accident prevention strategies Support risk assessments across workspaces, tools, and tasks Lead audits, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions Maintain and improve safety systems aligned with ISO standards Your background Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field 5+ years of experience in health, safety, and environmental roles Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations within manufacturing Proven experience developing and managing safety systems Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills ASP or CSP certification preferred More about us Join a global leader driving the future of sustainable energy Be part of a culture built on safety, integrity, and collaboration Grow your career through continuous learning and development opportunities What We Offer Comprehensive Health Coverage
