Kinnser EMR Ideal Candidate:

Licensed

COTA/PTA

in the state of Texas Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (home health experience a plus) Strong communication and documentation skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within your chosen territory Passion for patient care and autonomy in a home health setting

Job Duties:

Provide skilled occupational therapy or assistant-level services to patients in their homes Follow and implement individualized treatment plans developed by OTs Work closely with Sup OT, patients, caregivers, and other clinical staff Complete accurate and timely documentation Promote patient independence and recovery through evidence-based care Apply Today and Be Part of Something Bigger!
