Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, including general contractors, property managers, building owners, and end users. Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities for fire sprinkler installation, retrofit, service, and inspection work. Review construction documents, specifications, and site conditions to support accurate estimating and proposal development. Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts in coordination with estimating and operations teams. Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and scope of work to secure profitable projects. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and field teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools and internal reporting systems. Stay current on applicable NFPA standards, local codes, and industry trends. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or business education preferred, and 2-5 years of experience in fire sprinkler sales, fire protection contracting, or related construction industry sales; strong understanding of fire sprinkler systems, applicable codes, and construction processes preferred. Computer Skills Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
