At FABco, our people are the foundation of our success. Better is Possible. FABco, LLC is seeking a dedicated and proactive HSE professional to join our team in the Grand Prairie, TX area. This role will provide HSE support to the Furnish and Install division management, working closely with regional operational counterparts to drive HSE excellence in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to the development and implementation of safety programs at our field locations. This position requires flexibility and the ability to travel to various locations on short notice.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct routine site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees to promote a culture of workplace safety. Investigate workplace incidents, near-misses, and accidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports. Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and employees to foster a safe and compliant work environment. Perform additional HSE-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of HSE experience within the construction industry (Required). Fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish is (Required). Relevant certifications such as OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR (preferred). In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other applicable safety regulations. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
