Position Summary:

Marshall Security LLC ("MSI Security") is seeking a motivated and experienced Area Supervisor to oversee field-level operations across assigned security posts. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining daily coverage, supporting officer performance, ensuring compliance, and serving as the primary point of contact for site-level clients and field staff. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and understands the value of proactive leadership.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across multiple security sites, ensuring reliable coverage and coordinated field support Lead recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and coaching of security officers Monitor officer performance and site compliance through regular visits and hands-on oversight Address field-level issues promptly, escalating concerns as needed to maintain service quality Build and maintain trust with site-level client contacts through clear communication and consistent follow-through Serve as a field-based point of contact during emergencies and critical incidents Provide leadership with operational feedback to support service improvements and strategic growth

Qualifications:

Proven experience in security, military, or law enforcement, with a minimum of 2 years in a Leadership capacity. Experience with scheduling tools or workforce management systems and security technologies (e.g., access control, CCTV systems, radios, and body cameras) Ability to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends based on operational needs Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and engage a diverse team Effective written and verbal communication skills High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential matters Concealed Carry Permit for the State of Indiana (CCW) preferred Marshall Security LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
