Your contributions will be pivotal in designing and optimizing defense systems that ensure national security and shape the future of space defense. KBR is seeking a Security Specialist to join our team in Ann Arbor, MI. An active U.S. government TS/SCI security clearance is required.Key Responsibilities:
Job duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: Administers and coordinates the DoD, SAP, IC or other industrial security programs and other security activities to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures that are non-IT related. Typical security related issues may include physical access to buildings, room, couriers, clearances, packages, documentation and debriefings. Develops and implements security procedures in coordination with government agencies and management personnel. Conducts security briefings. Participates in the development of and conducts security education programs. Investigates losses and security violations and recommends corrective actions. Maintains liaison with outside agencies. Develops and implements procedures and coordinates procedure manual revisions.Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. 2 years experience in a DoD, SAP, IC or other Industrial Security programs and in-depth knowledge of the 32 CFR Part 117/NISPOM, SAP, IC or other government security regulatory manuals. Excellent communication skillsDesired Qualifications:
COMSEC account experience Experience with SAP and IC networks accounts.Work Environment:

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.Additional Compensation:
