Pay Rate Unarmed Patrol Security Officer:
Starting at $19.00/hour Available Assignments Posts are currently available in Chino Hills . Schedule Flexible availability is required, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

8:00 AM-4:00 PM Responsibilities
- Patrol Officer Conduct scheduled vehicle patrols of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Inspect buildings, parking lots, gates, and perimeter areas for security and safety concerns. Respond to alarms, disturbances, suspicious activity, and requests for service. Complete detailed patrol logs, incident reports, and daily activity reports. Report safety hazards, property damage, and maintenance issues to management. Perform lock-up and unlock services as required by client procedures. Monitor assigned areas to deter theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other criminal activity. Maintain regular communication with dispatch, supervisors, and clients. Provide professional customer service while interacting with tenants, employees, visitors, and the public. Ensure patrol vehicles are operated safely and maintained in a clean, professional condition. Respond appropriately to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement, fire, or medical personnel when necessary. Enforce client policies and site-specific rules while maintaining a professional presence. Qualifications
- Patrol Officer Valid BSIS Guard Card
- Required Valid California Driver License
- Required Clean driving record
- Required High school diploma or GED.
Strong observational and communication skills. Good public speaking and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to remain professional and composed in all situations. Ability to work independently and follow patrol schedules. Bilingual speaking skills are a plus but not required . Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented.
