Full Job Description Overview:

Join our dynamic security team as an Unarmed Security Guard, where your vigilance and dedication will help maintain a safe, secure environment. In this energetic role, you will monitor premises, manage access points, and respond promptly to incidents, ensuring the safety of staff, visitors, and property. Your proactive approach and commitment to security will help foster a sense of safety and confidence across our community.

Available Positions:

Position 1 Wednesday through Saturday 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM (FT 32 hour position/ Swing Shift) Position 2 Thursday through Sunday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (FT 32 hour position/ Dayshift) Position 3 Saturday and Sunday 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM (PT 16 hour position/ Dayshift)

Pay Rate:

$22.50/hr paid weekly

Shopping Center Must have a valid driver's license Must have a clean driving record for Driving Positions Must provide a recent DMV printout and sign a motor vehicle record release For insurance purposes, all candidates must be at least 24 years of age. Mobile Patrol position. Must pass a driver's background check. Valid DL required. A safe driving record is a condition for employment as a driver. ) Duties Control access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by verifying identification and issuing passes as needed. Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential security risks or hazards, ensuring all areas are secure. Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks to ensure accurate record-keeping. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to resolve security issues or emergencies. Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing for theft or vandalism and reporting suspicious activity immediately.
