Your expertise in firearm handling, conflict management, and security protocols will ensure the safety of personnel, visitors, and property. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patrols of the premises, including indoor and outdoor areas, utilizing surveillance tools such as CCTV systems to monitor activity. Manage access control systems to verify identities, authorize entry, and prevent unauthorized access. Respond swiftly to security incidents, applying conflict de-escalation techniques and law enforcement procedures as necessary. Perform background checks on visitors or contractors when required, ensuring compliance with security regulations. Handle firearm responsibilities responsibly, including safe firearm handling, Taser deployment, and adherence to all firearm safety protocols. Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or suspicious activities with clarity and accuracy. Assist in emergency response procedures such as first aid, CPR, AED operation, and fire safety measures to support injured individuals or hazardous situations. Conduct physical security tasks including heavy lifting when necessary and manual handling of equipment or materials. Maintain surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras and access control systems to ensure operational integrity. Support customer service efforts by providing assistance and information to visitors while maintaining a secure environment. Qualifications Valid California BSIS Guard Card . Valid California BSIS Firearms Permit for armed assignments. Valid CCW permit . Must be at least 21 years old for the armed position. Reliable transportation. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies or difficult situations. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
