Andy Frain Services seeks a Part Time Retail Security Officer to protect a leading financial institution's retail location. In this on-site role, you will monitor entrances, sales floors, and sensitive areas to safeguard customers, employees, and assets. Responsibilities include patrols, CCTV monitoring, access control, and responding to incidents in line with company and client protocols. You will complete accurate incident reports and partner with store leaders and law enforcement when required. Responsibilities Monitor entrances, exits, and sales floors to deter theft and ensure customer safety Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of the facility Operate CCTV and alarm systems, reporting suspicious activity Enforce site security policies, access control, and visitor procedures Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies per company protocols Document occurrences with clear incident and daily activity reports Coordinate with store management and local law enforcement as needed Provide professional customer service and assist patrons with directions or concerns Required Skills Physical security procedures CCTV monitoring Access control systems Incident reporting and documentation Emergency response protocols Customer service Observation and situational awareness Report writing Radio and security communication tools Basic computer proficiency
