Warehouse Security Guard Req #894 606 S Access Rd, Franklin Park, IL 60131, USA Apply Share Job Description Posted Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 2:00 AM Position Definition Covenant Aviation Security (CAS) is seeking a Warehouse Guard to support Lufthansa warehouse operations at Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) . The Warehouse Guard is responsible for monitoring and securing Lufthansa warehouse facilities, ensuring only authorized personnel access the area. The role includes conducting patrols, verifying IDs, and responding to security concerns in accordance with TSA, Lufthansa, and CAS protocols.
Available Schedule:

Employment Compensation & Benefits Covenant Aviation Security offers a competitive compensation package, with a starting hourly rate of $20.16 per hour . - Complete required reports, logs, and screening documentation accurately and on time.
- Verify credentials and validate access of authorized individuals into cargo warehouse.
- Observe persons entering exit and access points and challenge/verify their authorization to enter.
- Inspect persons and property, as necessary according to contract-specific requirements in and around the cargo warehouse.
- Ensure proper documentation of entry of all individuals (contract-specific).
- Ensure proper escort of all visitors.
- Prepare, maintain and submit required documentation of activities.
- Report activities, incidents, and observations of irregularities to appropriate shift and customer leadership in accordance with established processes.
- Follow all TSA, Lufthansa, Airport, and Covenant Aviation Security Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain operational awareness and communicate security concerns to supervisors.
- Utilize radios and other communication equipment as required.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must possess an original U.S. Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, or a valid U.S. Passport for I-9 verification.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must have a valid PERC card & a 20-hour Security Training Certification.
- Must possess a valid state-issued Driver's License or Identification Card.
- Must successfully pass: o TSA Security Threat Assessment o Clearance with USPS o 7-year employment, education, and criminal history verification o Pre-employment, random, and annual drug screening requirements
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to safely work in environments where trained detection dogs are regularly present.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Preferred Qualifications
- Previous aviation security, warehouse, logistics, or security experience.
