Fulltime (40 hours as needed) Reports to:Paul Gregory, Safety Director Job Summary:
Responsible for the physical security of the hospital and its premises. Perform general security duties for protection of patients, visitors, employees, and property of Wayne County Hospital. Follow policies, procedures, and regulations of the hospital. Responds to emergency calls for assistance. Safety surveillance and inspections. Responds to and reports all safety hazards.Schedule:
40 hours, Hours and days will vary from 7 p.m. - 3:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. - 5:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon until 8:30 p.m. on Thursday.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalency diploma (GED) Experience in Security or Safety preferred, but not required Ability to work with minimal supervision Must possess excellent communication skills Ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergent and nonemergent situations Submit resume and application to humanresources@waynehospital.orgApplication Period:
