Position Summary S&S Investigations & Security, Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Coordinator to support a large-scale LNG construction security program in Cameron, Louisiana. This is not a traditional security officer or post-supervisor position . The Site Coordinator will serve as the primary onsite administrative and operational liaison between SSIS management, security supervisors, employees, and the client project team. The successful candidate should have experience managing security operations in an LNG, petrochemical, refinery, industrial construction, maritime, or other large-scale industrial environment and be comfortable working within a highly structured safety and compliance culture. The Site Coordinator will help manage a security workforce that is expected to expand substantially as the project progresses. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary onsite SSIS point of contact for day-to-day security program coordination. Coordinate with client security, construction management, ES&H, and other project stakeholders. Provide administrative and operational oversight of Security Supervisors and Security Officers. Manage schedules, staffing requirements, call-offs, vacancies, relief coverage, and workforce deployment. Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, site access, TWIC requirements, orientation, and employee readiness. Maintain employee training records, certifications, personnel documentation, and project compliance records. Review Daily Activity Reports, incident reports, and other security documentation for accuracy and completeness. Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, and payroll information. Assist with billing verification and reconciliation of security labor hours. Participate in client meetings, security briefings, safety meetings, and operational planning sessions. Communicate post-order changes and client directives to Security Supervisors and Officers. Coordinate incident escalation and management notifications. Monitor employee performance and assist with coaching, counseling, and corrective action. Support project safety, quality, and compliance requirements. Assist with audits, inspections, KPI reporting, and contract performance reviews. Coordinate security vehicles, uniforms, equipment, supplies, and other project resources. Maintain effective communication between the project site and SSIS management. Preferred Qualifications Previous LNG, petrochemical, refinery, industrial, maritime, or major construction security experience strongly preferred . Previous security management, account management, site coordination, or supervisory experience. Experience managing a multi-shift security workforce. Strong understanding of access control, contractor/employee screening, patrol operations, incident response, and industrial security procedures. Experience working in a TWIC-controlled environment preferred. Familiarity with OSHA requirements and industrial safety programs. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with electronic scheduling, timekeeping, and security reporting systems. Excellent written communication and incident-reporting skills. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Ability to communicate professionally with client management, construction personnel, employees, and senior company leadership. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. Requirements Valid TWIC card or ability to obtain and maintain TWIC eligibility. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to meet Louisiana security licensing requirements. Ability to successfully complete client-required background screening, drug testing, orientation, and site-access requirements. Reliable transportation to the Cameron, Louisiana area. Ability to work onsite in an active LNG/industrial construction environment. Ability to respond to occasional after-hours operational issues when necessary.

Pay:

From $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
