Duties Monitor and control access points for employees, visitors, contractors, and authorized personnel using CCTV systems and physical checks Conduct regular surveillance patrols across the premises to identify potential security risks or breaches Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed Perform loss prevention activities by observing suspicious behaviors and preventing theft or vandalism Manage conflict situations with professionalism, de-escalating disputes and ensuring safety for all parties involved Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records accurately and promptly Conduct safety inspections including first aid assessments and emergency preparedness checks to ensure compliance with safety standards Requirements Proven roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable Certification in first aid and CPR to provide immediate assistance during emergencies Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems and conducting visual inspections techniques to handle tense situations effectively monitoring practices Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining focus on security protocols Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and collaborating with emergency responders Join us as a Security Officer and be part of a dedicated team committed to safeguarding our community.
