Overview We are seeking reliable, highly qualified, and licensed Armed Security Officers for a short-term contractual job site located in Beltsville, Maryland. Coverage runs Sunday through Saturday for the duration of the contract period (November 16 through December 24, 2026). We have multiple part-time openings (at least 3 positions to fill) requiring complete availability throughout the entire contract timeline without interruption. Shift Times (Firm & Non-Negotiable) Shift 1 (Evening): 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM (7 hours) Shift 2 (Overnight): 12:00 AM - 7:00 AM (7 hours) (Working days may vary week-to-week based on scheduling needs, but shift times are fixed). Duties Perform scheduled and randomized patrols throughout the property using a marked ATPS security vehicle. Conduct detailed physical checks of exterior building structures, perimeter fences, access gates, and parking areas. Execute structured rotational interior foot sweeps across authorized facility zones. Actively monitor for and address trespassing, vandalism, safety hazards, and physical property damage. Respond promptly to client alarm notifications and conduct on-site security sweeps when dispatched. Prepare clear, concise daily patrol logs and immediate incident reports for client management. Maintain professional communication and escalate critical incidents immediately to client management and ATPS leadership.

Qualifications Licensing:

Active state-issued Maryland Armed Security Guard License / License to Carry required.

Availability:

Complete, uninterrupted availability for the entire contract period from November 16, 2026, through December 24, 2026.

Driving Record:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to safely operate company-marked patrol vehicles.

Punctuality & Schedule Alignment:

Strict commitment to set shift times (5 PM-12 AM or 12 AM-7 AM) without deviation on assigned days.

Work Style:

Demonstrated ability to work independently for extended periods without interruption or direct supervision.

Professionalism:

Must maintain a crisp, clean appearance in full ATPS uniform and represent the company professionally at all times.
