Leads Security associates, assigns tasks, monitors day to day activities, and assists the Resident Services Manager with performance management to include end of year performance evaluations and disciplinary processes.
Responsible for scheduling and ensuring the schedule is covered. Maintains a working familiarity with telephone, Arial, camera control, and access control computers.
Performs all working duties of a Security Officer including but not limited to responding to events, patrolling, and monitoring surveillance. Candidate should be proficient with first aid skills. QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED required.
Minimum of three (3) years prior related security experience. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
CPR/AED Certification required.
