The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties. This role requires a proactive approach to security, with the ability to respond effectively to various situations. The Flex Officer will be expected to adapt to different assignments and locations as needed, ensuring that all security protocols are followed. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting thorough investigations. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and property damage. Engage in conflict management techniques to de-escalate potential disturbances. Provide assistance in emergency situations, utilizing CPR and First Aid skills when necessary. Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Experience Previous experience in a security role is preferred; familiarity with law enforcement practices is a plus. Knowledge of surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques is beneficial. Strong conflict management skills are essential for handling difficult situations effectively. Experience in military or law enforcement environments can enhance the candidate's suitability for this role. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
