Job Description
OSS Inc., an established contract security guard company with over 50 years experience, is looking for dependable, hard-working security officers in the Middletown, OH area. OSS Inc. security guards are fully uniformed, unarmed and trained. $14 an hour Must have a
VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.
Requirements:
- Eighteen years of age
- Pass a drug screen
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work additional shifts as deemed necessary
- Ability to speak and write English
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- The ability to withstand hot and cold temperatures
- Pass background check
- Valid Driver's License Responsibilities include:
- Security dispatcher and main gate operator.
- Can dispatch for emergencies, escorts and transports.
- Can multitask
- Maintain access control Can maintain record keeping for all incidents, accidents on a control log, as well as daily activity for all security operations in real time Maintain stats, monitor security cameras
- Weather sentry monitoring and reporting and stay very attentive over alarms systems,
- Assist Cliffs personnel with interviews and passes Stay on top of food deliveries maintain and keep phone numbers up to date Process and keep record of enterprise rentals Stay familiar with all procedures to assist the supervisor and advise on all operations, switch phone calls
- Problem solving abilities.
- Assists everyone in the plant and conducts weekly drills and tests among various other duties
