About Us Eleven Oaks Ranch is a premier wedding and event venue on 20+ acres in Luther, Oklahoma, hosting 130+ weddings a year. Our reputation is built on hospitality — every guest who walks onto this property should feel welcomed and looked after. Security is part of that experience, not separate from it. The Role You'll provide a visible, professional security presence during weddings and private events. Most nights are calm. Your job is to keep them that way — through presence, awareness, and calm de-escalation long before a situation becomes a problem. This is not a warehouse gate post. You'll be working around families, wedding parties, elderly guests, children, and alcohol service. Poise and courtesy matter as much as capability. What You'll Do Maintain a professional, uniformed presence at the venue entrance and throughout the grounds during events Monitor guest activity, parking areas, and property perimeter Identify and calmly de-escalate disruptive behavior, intoxicated guests, and uninvited visitors Coordinate with the venue coordinator and event staff on guest-related issues Assist with orderly guest departure and end-of-night property sweep Contact and coordinate with local law enforcement or EMS when a situation requires it Document incidents accurately and submit reports before leaving the property Requirements All applicants: Current CLEET Security Guard License (Oklahoma) — unarmed or armed Current surety bond on file with CLEET ($5,000 unarmed / $10,000 armed) 18+ for unarmed positions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Luther, OK Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, indoors and outdoors, in varying weather Availability Friday and Saturday evenings, including late nights Clean background check Armed positions additionally require: 21 years of age or older CLEET Armed Security Guard License (Phase IV firearms training completed, psychological evaluation on file) Ability to provide and maintain your own duty firearm, holster, and retention gear
