About the Role Eleven Oaks Ranch is hiring a part-time, seasonal Operations Crew Member to work alongside our Operations Manager, Chris, resetting the property after wedding days. This is early-morning work. You'll arrive before the day heats up, break down and reset tables and chairs, clear the grounds, and get the venue ready for the next event. It's physical, hands-on work with a small crew and a clear finish line — when the property looks right, the day is done. What You'll Do Set up and break down tables, chairs, and other event furniture Reset event spaces to venue standards after weddings and other events Clear grounds, walkways, and patios using a backpack leaf blower and other outdoor equipment Use a ladder for tasks such as lighting, décor, and overhead cleanup Move and store equipment, furniture, and supplies safely General property upkeep and cleanup as directed by the Operations Manager Requirements Able to lift and carry 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout a shift Comfortable operating outdoor power equipment, including a backpack leaf blower Comfortable working on and from a ladder Able to work outdoors in varying weather and temperatures Available for early-morning weekend shifts, plus some weekdays Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Dependable and on time — the schedule is built around event turnarounds, so showing up matters Nice to Have Prior experience in grounds keeping, landscaping, event setup.
