As an Armed Security Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond professionally to security-related concerns. This role requires a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit and Act 235 Qualification. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, donors, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel. Complete accurate incident reports, patrol documentation, and other required records in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess a concealed carry weapons permit. Possess an Act 235 qualification in Pennsylvania. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
