Job Description

To maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring personnel, clients and guests, and patrolling company owned and leased property. Assumes the role as a first responder during emergency situations, and acts as the liaison to emergency responders reporting to the scene. Monitors fire and life safety equipment while performing other preventative maintenance tasks as needed. Qualifications High School Graduate or equivalent required, OR 2-5 years of relatable work experience. Associate's degree in Criminal Justice or other applicable field preferred. Must be 20 years of age or older. Prior Safety Security experience with work record preferred. Required to hold and maintain a valid driver's license in state of work location. Must be proficient in the English language, and must be able to receive and give detailed information through verbal and written communication. Adequate computer and technology skills. Capable of being trained and able to fully perform and maintain current corporate and departmental certifications such as, but not limited to the KidsPeace restraint methodology, Ukeru, CPR, First aid, etc. The candidate must pass a Criminal History Record Clearance & a Child Abuse History Clearance which are processed by KidsPeace Possess a valid driver's license. Must pass a Physical & Drug screening & possess the ability to attend & successfully complete all KidsPeace sponsored training. EOE .
