Job Overview RedLine Protection Group LLC is seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Security Officer for a nightlife venue in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. The officer will help maintain a safe and orderly environment for guests and staff. This position requires professionalism, strong situational awareness, and the ability to communicate effectively with patrons and venue management. S Duties Maintain a visible security presence Monitor entrances, exits, and guest activity Help prevent disturbances and unauthorized access De-escalate situations professionally Assist venue management when security issues arise Document and report incidents when necessary Maintain a professional appearance and attitude Experience Prior experience in security or law enforcement roles is highly desirable; military background is a plus. Demonstrated knowledge of surveillance technology, CCTV operation, access control systems, and manual handling procedures. Certifications in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED operation, and fire safety are preferred. Familiarity with emergency response procedures and conflict de-escalation techniques ensures swift action during critical moments. Ability to perform background checks and conduct thorough security patrols while adhering to compliance standards. Strong customer service skills combined with the ability to handle stressful situations professionally are essential for success in this role.
