PM What You'll Do:
Provide professional customer service at a healthcare front desk by greeting visitors, confirming access requirements, and directing patients, guests, and staff to appropriate areas. Support site-specific security-related procedures, visitor management processes, and access-control protocols while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence. Monitor entry activity, observe the reception area, and report unusual activity, access concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and following emergency response procedures. Maintain accurate visitor, delivery, and incident documentation while communicating clearly with site staff and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
