As a Temporary Security Guard, you will monitor building activity, protect company assets, and help ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors. This is a 6-9-week assignment.

Pay of $24.00/hour First Shift | 6:00 AM-6:00 PM (2-2-3 rotating schedule)

High School Diploma or GED equivalent 2 years of experience as a security guard (experience in a medical device manufacturing company preferred) Effective communication, attention to detail, and conflict resolution skills Ability to think on your feet and understand basic safety procedures/protocols Basic computer knowledge CPR training preferred (must be obtained within 30 days of hire and renewed annually) De-escalation and self-defense training preferred (annual training required) Ability to lift up to 25 lbs; comfortable with prolonged standing/sitting, bending/stooping, driving, and working in outdoor conditions (heat or cold) What You'll Do as a

Temporary Security Guard:

Monitor building activity by performing security rounds Monitor facility video surveillance and pull footage as assigned by management Create employee badges and process key access request forms Prepare the facility and other company property for inclement weather/potential disasters Lock/unlock access points per manager approval Partner with other departments as needed Complete incident reports and escalate to management Serve as an active member of the Emergency Response Team Escort visitors and staff within the facility Follow established protocols outlined in the emergency response plan Secure warehouse inventory and company assets Perform other duties as assigned MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
