- Conroe - MONDAY-FRIDAY Job Summary We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Armed Guard to join our security team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for safeguarding personnel, property, and assets through active surveillance, access control, and emergency response. Your expertise in law enforcement procedures, firearm handling, and conflict management will ensure a secure environment while providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff alike. Experience Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service or related fields demonstrating strong surveillance capabilities and physical security expertise Knowledge of incident report writing and emergency response procedures Training in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED operation, fire safety protocols, and conflict de-escalation techniques Familiarity with firearm handling, Tasers, and other security equipment required for armed security positions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage tense situations professionally while maintaining a positive attitude Join us in creating a safe environment where safety is paramount!
