Job Description

Security Officer - Full Time (Overnight Shift)
Location:
Petersburg, VA Pay Rate:
$20 per hour
Schedule:
6pm-6am, days vary
Job Summary:
The Security Officer will assist Property Management with ensuring the safety and security of resident and authorized visitors. The following is essential functions of the role.
Essential Functions:
Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry. Prevents loss and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures. Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities. Requires extensive exterior patrols to assigned areas.
