As a vital part of our security operations, you will patrol designated areas, monitor CCTV systems, and respond swiftly to incidents, maintaining a secure environment through proactive presence and vigilant observation. Duties Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including building interiors and exterior grounds, utilizing CCTV surveillance systems for continuous monitoring. Manage access control by verifying identities and authorizations of employees, visitors, and contractors using access control systems. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies with appropriate procedures such as first aid or AED operation when necessary. Write detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches, safety hazards, or unusual activities observed during shifts. Perform background checks on visitors or vendors as required to ensure compliance with security protocols. Enforce security policies by managing crowd control and conflict de-escalation techniques when needed. Assist law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Qualifications Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Knowledge of surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems and access control technologies. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting when required for equipment or incident management. Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and Taser training is preferred. Strong skills in incident report writing, conflict management, and emergency response procedures. Familiarity with fire safety protocols and compliance with security regulations. Excellent customer service skills with a professional appearance and demeanor. Physical fitness to perform patrolling duties over extended periods during overnight shifts.
