Job Description As a Security Officer Access Control Driving Role in Moses Lake, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, monitor assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and provide responsive customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver's license that meets Allied Universal driver policy requirements. AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking facilities, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access attempts involving restricted and/or sensitive areas. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols. Document patrol findings, incidents, and unusual activity through clear and accurate reports.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Access control/badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
