Job Summary We are currently hiring professional Unarmed Security Guards to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance systems, responding to incidents, and enforcing site policies. Responsibilities Perform regular patrols (indoor and outdoor) to deter and detect suspicious activity. Monitor security cameras and alarm systems for irregularities or potential threats. Control access to the facility by verifying identification and credentials. Document and report incidents, hazards, and violations according to company procedures. Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical situations, or security breaches. Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and guests. Enforce all safety, security, and behavioral policies on-site. Conduct safety checks of equipment, doors, windows, and locks. Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and emergency responders when necessary.
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent Valid Security Guard License (per Washington State requirements) Ability to walk and stand for long periods Clear communication skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail and alertness Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions
Preferred:
