What You Will Be Doing:

Fulfill the responsibilities, qualifications, and competencies of a Security Officer. Create security patrol schedule to include the daily schedule of all assigned security personnel based off trend analysis. Manage security reporting system. Review reports and situations for potential negative impact. Create employee/contractor badges when necessary. Assist with conducting off-hours physical security inspections. Provide employee involvement/security awareness educational programs and workshops. Identify program issues and potential negative situations; develop and formulate possible solutions; report possible countermeasures to Security Program Manager. Aid in monthly physical security checks of lighting, alarms, call boxes, and camera functionality. Collaborates and works closely with contracted Systems Integration team scheduling routine maintenance and new and existing projects. Assist in developing and updating Security Competency Tasks. Assist in maintaining physical security functions.
