Job Description

Job Summary Job Title Responsibilities:
Understands and responds to internal guests' needs. Communicates in a friendly, respectful, and understandable manner. Politely gives consistent, timely and accurate information and finds answers when unsure. Uses outlined service behaviors when encountering guests. Meets expected service delivery times as defined by department's service standards or as required by receiver of service or goods. Is a team player, cooperates with employees within the department as well as other departments. Speaks positively about the company, co-workers, and guests. Maintains surveillance on designated areas and activities. Assists with training of new Surveillance officer according to standard operating procedures. Records any irregular activity as required. Other duties as assigned.

Employees must adhere to the regulations set forth in
N.J.A.C. 13
69D-1.10 and 1.11 and must sign an acknowledgement of these regulatory requirements prior to being employed in the surveillance department.
Work Environment:
Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
Target Salary Range:

Qualifications Education:
High School or better.
Experience:
Must have knowledge of games cheating methods and related illegal activities Must know the camera equipment and those methods of operation and recording as required High school diploma or equivalent
