Lawn Care/Sprinkler Technician

Job Summary Kellberg's Lawn Service is seeking a dependable and hardworking Lawn Care / Sprinkler Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining residential and commercial lawns, installing and repairing irrigation systems, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has strong problem-solving skills, and can work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, and weed control Install, maintain, and repair sprinkler and irrigation systems Diagnose irrigation issues such as leaks, broken heads, valve failures, and wiring problems Program and adjust sprinkler timers/controllers Conduct seasonal sprinkler startups, blowouts, and winterization services Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials Communicate professionally with customers regarding services and recommendations Maintain clean and organized work vehicles and job sites Follow all company safety procedures and local regulations Qualifications Previous lawn care, landscaping, or irrigation experience preferred Knowledge of sprinkler systems and irrigation components is a plus Ability to operate lawn and landscaping equipment safely Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Good communication and customer service skills Schedule & Work Environment Full-time or seasonal positions available Monday-Friday with occasional weekend work during peak season Outdoor physical labor in all weather conditions Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Training and advancement opportunities Company equipment and uniforms provided (if applicable)
