Our healthcare partner in Kearney, NE, is looking for a passionate and skilled RN to join their Labor & Delivery team. With 10 spacious, private LDRP rooms and a commitment to keeping mothers and newborns together, this facility offers a unique and fulfilling work environment. As a Labor & Delivery RN, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to mothers and their newborns.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing comprehensive care to laboring mothers and their newborns in a 1:1 laboring ratio Utilizing your strong IV skills and C-section experience to support the team Floating to NICU for feeders and growers as needed Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including a lactation counselor and maternity educator Maintaining accurate documentation using the MediTech EMR system Requirements for this role include: Current RN license ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications (FHM preferred) Need 1 year experience in setting Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work every 3rd weekend and one major and one minor holiday Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
