This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for cleanliness. Duties Complete daily housekeeping tasks, including restocking of airbnbs, laundry services, and floor care. Conduct walk-through to check through your work Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; communicate if orders are needed to ensure smooth operations Implement and monitor cleaning procedures aligned with health and safety regulations to guarantee a hygienic environment Oversee the onboarding process for new team members and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team performance Collaborate with owner to address guest requests or special cleaning requirements promptly and professionally Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles with a strong understanding of cleaning standards Supervising or management experience in hospitality or janitorial services with demonstrated leadership abilities Expertise in laundry operations Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Strong communication skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate with owner and team members Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices and workplace safety Ability to motivate staff, foster teamwork, and maintain high morale in a fast-paced environment This role offers an engaging environment where your leadership directly impacts guest satisfaction and operational success.
