We build high-quality modular homes using advanced manufacturing processes and cutting-edge equipment. As we expand our operations, we are standing up a dedicated stone fabrication shop to produce premium countertops, shower walls, vanities, and related stone products for our modular home builds. The Role We are looking for an experienced Lead Stone Fabricator to build and lead our stone fabrication operation from the ground up. You will be the primary operator and lead on our Omag stone fabrication equipment, responsible for producing high-quality stone countertops, shower walls, vanities, and other custom stone components that go directly into our modular homes. This is a ground-floor opportunity — you will help establish workflows, quality standards, and production processes for a brand new operation. If you take pride in precision craftsmanship, have experience with CNC stone fabrication equipment, and want to build something from scratch, this is your role. What You'll Do Operate and maintain Omag CNC stone fabrication equipment to produce countertops, shower walls, vanities, and custom stone components Set up, program, and troubleshoot CNC stone cutting and polishing equipment Ensure all fabricated pieces meet quality, dimensional, and finish standards before delivery Manage raw material inventory — slabs, edges, sinks, and hardware Establish and maintain production workflows, quality checkpoints, and safety procedures for the shop Coordinate with the broader production team to align stone component delivery with modular home build schedules Train and mentor additional fabricators as the team grows Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment

What We're Looking For Required:

Hands-on experience in stone fabrication — countertops, shower walls, vanities, or similar Experience operating CNC stone fabrication equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and customer specifications Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of a shop operation

Preferred:

Experience with Omag or similar CNC stone fabrication systems Familiarity with natural stone, quartz, and porcelain materials Prior experience in a lead or supervisory fabrication role Knowledge of stone templating, edge profiles, and sink cutouts Who Thrives Here You're a craftsman who takes pride in your work.
