Lead Teacher

Duties:

Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities Provide a safe and stimulating learning environment Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques Collaborate with parents to ensure the well-being and progress of each child Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and administrators Stay up-to-date with current educational practices and trends

Skills:

Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children Familiarity with daycare or childcare settings Ability to manage classroom dynamics and create a positive learning environment Excellent behavior management skills Understanding of special education needs in early childhood Effective communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues Patience, empathy, and a nurturing personality

Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred) CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) required with in 30 days of hiring Previous experience working with children (preferred) Ability to pass a background check - child abuse registery and criminal history check - required If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children and have the necessary skills and qualifications, we invite you to apply for the position of Preschool Teacher.
