Job Description:
Position OverviewBetter Headspace is a trauma-informed private practice seeking licensed and pre-licensed therapists to join our team as W-2 employees. This role is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, depth-oriented work, and a sustainable, well-supported caseload within a collaborative environment. This position includes in-office (Montgomeryville, PA) and hybrid options.

Key Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy to adults (or your preferred population) Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Manage a consistent caseload while maintaining quality of care Communicate effectively with clients and maintain professional boundaries Participate in consultation or team connection as desired Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practiceRequirements Licensed or pre-licensed therapist in Pennsylvania (LPC, LAPC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT, etc.) Masters degree in counseling, social work, or related field Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability Willingness to see clients in-office and/or hybrid Commitment to providing ethical, client-centered carePreferred Skills & Qualities Interest in trauma-informed and depth-oriented work Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills Ability to maintain boundaries and manage caseload sustainably Organized, reliable, and responsive Open to collaboration while valuing independence in clinical style Warm, grounded, and authentic presence with clientsWhat Youll Experience Here A comfortable, casual, and clinically strong environment Flexibility and autonomy in your schedule and approach Full support with credentialing, billing, referrals, and admin A culture that prioritizes sustainability and avoids burnoutIf you're looking for a practice where you can do meaningful work without sacrificing balance or independence, wed love to connect. recblid 0i4wqijomi6byon43vsag90u7ok3tt
