Licensed Massage Therapist / Soon-to-Be Licensed Massage Therapist

The Alámar is growing — and we are looking for a Massage Therapist who believes wellness should feel both intentional and restorative. Located in the heart of downtown Douglas, The Alámar blends elevated aesthetics, wellness, and clinical care in a calm, beautifully curated environment inspired by transformation, relaxation, and lakeshore living. We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist — or a soon-to-be licensed graduate — who is professional, warm, dependable, and passionate about helping people feel their best.

What You'll Do:

Provide customized massage experiences tailored to each patient's goals and comfort Help create a welcoming, peaceful, and elevated environment Maintain treatment room cleanliness and professionalism standards Complete timely and accurate documentation Collaborate with a supportive wellness and aesthetics team

What We're Looking For:

Current Michigan Massage Therapy License — or actively completing massage therapy school with anticipated licensure Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented personality Strong communication skills and attention to detail Someone who values patient experience as much as clinical skill Spa, wellness, or medical spa experience is welcomed, but not required
