Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

Lexington Center for Recovery, the Hudson Valley's largest provider of outpatient and residential substance use disorder services, is seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our 47-bed community residence located within Garnet Health Medical Center in Harris, NY. The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct nursing care to residents within our inpatient residential and stabilization programs. Working collaboratively with Registered Nurses, physicians, and the interdisciplinary treatment team, the LPN helps deliver safe, trauma-informed, and patient-centered care to individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring medical or mental health needs. We are currently seeking candidates for day, night, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications:

Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New York State required Experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, detox, or residential settings preferred Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills Join a growing team dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals in recovery.
