Skilled Nursing Overview:

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) and play a vital role in delivering expert nursing care to residents. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide technical nursing services, contribute to care plans, and may assume charge nurse responsibilities in our Skilled Nursing Facility. Required Skills:

Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an LVN. Ability to apply sound clinical judgment and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in computer usage. Capable of adapting to changing priorities and maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Current California LVN license. Graduate from an approved LVN program with an associate's degree or equivalent. Current CPR certification.

Other Requirements:

Valid California LVN license. CPR certification. Willingness to assume charge nurse responsibilities as needed. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation range:

$29.16- $41.57 per hour Sign on
