Lifting Inspection Engineer
Our highly skilled and qualified Inspection Engineers provide a reliable, responsive and first-class service across the UK, ensuring lifting equipment is safe to use and customers remain fully compliant with their legal obligations.

What you'll be doingAs a Lifting Inspection Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering inspection, testing and compliance services across a variety of customer sites and operational environments.
This is a varied and hands-on role which includes:
Carrying out lifting equipment inspectionsLoad testing and pull testing activitiesOccasional destructive testingInspection of lifting accessories and associated equipmentSupporting operations within the rigging loftProducing accurate inspection reports and documentationEnsuring all work is completed safely and in line with industry standards and company proceduresDelivering excellent customer service and technical support to clientsWhat we're looking forWe're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and develop within the engineering and lifting inspection industry.
Essential / desirable requirements include:
Experience working within the lifting equipment industryLEEA qualifications or working knowledge of LEEA standardsEngineering, Mechanical NVQ or City & Guilds qualification desirable but not essentialExperience working within a testing or inspection environmentGood problem-solving ability with a practical approachStrong communication skills with the ability to share knowledge effectivelyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFull UK driving licenceCommitment to supporting the business ESG strategy•"Decade to Deliver"Full training will be provided, including opportunities to complete manufacturer and advanced LEEA training courses.
