Qualifications:

Experience:

Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar kitchen role is preferred. Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment is a plus, particularly in a family-friendly or entertainment venue.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during busy service times. Excellent knife skills and proficiency with kitchen equipment. Strong multitasking abilities, with the ability to maintain organization while working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow instructions and recipes closely and consistently.

Personal Attributes:

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, contributing to the overall success of the kitchen. Flexibility to adapt to new menu items, changing kitchen demands, and seasonal ingredients. Passion for cooking and providing a high-quality dining experience.

Pay:

$14.00 - $19.00 per hour
