Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail orientated and member focused Financial Solutions Specialist to support the credit unions' lending operations through collections management, loan quality control, and lien tracking. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and able to balance compliance responsibilities with communication and problem solving skills.
Essential responsibilities:
Financial Solutions Monitor past due loan accounts, and contact members regarding payments. Work with members to identify repayment solutions and resolve account issues. Maintain accurate collection notes and documentation. Escalate accounts for further legal action when necessary.
Loan Administration:
Review loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and regulations. Verify loan documentation, signatures, insurance coverage and required disclosures. Identify and report documentation deficiencies or processing errors. Assist with reporting and corrective action tracking. Track and maintain vehicle titles, and lien perfection records. Ensure liens are properly recorded and released in a timely manner. Monitor collateral documentation and resolve title discrepancies. Maintain confidentiality and security of member information. Ensure compliance with federal regulation, state laws and credit union policies. Provide excellent service to members and internal departments.

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
