1st (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) | 2nd (4:30 PM - 1:00 AM)

Pay:

Starting at $17.00/hr (Higher rates available for experienced candidates) Are you someone who loves figuring out how things work? Do you have a knack for numbers and a steady hand? We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in Harrison as Machine Operators and Machinists. This is more than just a job; it is a long-term career path where you will master the art of precision machining.

Responsibilities:

Because we specialize in high-level accuracy and tight tolerances, we invest heavily in our team. You will start by learning the fundamentals of grinding and gradually progress into complex, high-precision work. While it can take up to two years to become fully proficient in our specialized processes, we are committed to training you every step of the way.

Skills & Qualifications:

You enjoy working with your hands and have a natural "mechanical sense." Comfortable with math?familiarity with micrometers or measuring tools is a significant plus! Prior exposure to a machining environment is great, but we are happy to train the right person with the right attitude. You have a High School Diploma or GED (or are currently working toward obtaining one). Our team works hard to meet goals, which includes weekend shifts to keep production moving. Ability to remain on feet for extended periods with occasional bending, stooping, twisting, lifting, and carrying up to 50Lbs. Ready to build something precise?
