Full-Time Position Summary Planeworx, LLC employs skilled and safety-focused Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to perform inspection, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of company aircraft. Aircraft Maintenance Employees will ensure all maintenance activities comply with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, company policies, and industry best practices while supporting safe and reliable flight operations for International Jet Charter. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, repairs, and modifications.
• Troubleshoot aircraft systems, including airframe, powerplant, avionics, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Complete maintenance records, logbook entries, and required documentation accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and aircraft manufacturer maintenance manuals.
• Conduct pre-maintenance and post-maintenance operational checks.
• Coordinate with flight crews, maintenance vendors, and management regarding aircraft status and maintenance requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and parts inventory as assigned.
• Participate in on-call maintenance support and aircraft recovery activities when required.
• Assist with audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Report safety concerns, maintenance discrepancies, and operational risks promptly.
• Other duties as required and requested by the maintenance supervisor. Qualifications
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required, or actively pursuing certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Experience maintaining turbine-powered aircraft and business jets preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, maintenance practices, and aircraft systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and maintenance documentation.
• Proficiency with maintenance tracking systems and electronic recordkeeping.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in hangar and outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders, work from elevated platforms, and access confined aircraft spaces.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods.
• Must pass required pre-employment and ongoing drug screening per FAA and company policy. Working Conditions
• May require evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call availability.
• Occasional travel may be required to support aircraft maintenance activities away from base.
• Must adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work is performed primarily in a hangar environment; outdoor work and exposure to aircraft fuel, solvents, and noise are expected. Key Performance Expectations
