We are seeking an Aircraft Interior Technician to join our growing Aircraft Interiors team. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in aircraft interiors, upholstery, automotive interiors, marine interiors, RV interiors, cabinetry, flooring installation, or other hands-on craftsmanship trades who enjoy working with their hands and producing high-quality finished work. Whether you're installing carpet, repairing interior panels, refurbishing cabin furnishings, or helping complete a full aircraft interior transformation, you'll play a direct role in delivering industry-leading results for our customers. What You'll Do Support Aircraft Interior Refurbishment Projects Remove, refurbish, and reinstall aircraft interior furnishings and components. Assist with aircraft cabin refurbishment and interior modification projects. Support interior installation activities from project start through aircraft delivery. Work closely with Crew Chiefs and experienced technicians to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Perform Aircraft Interior Installation Work Disassemble and reassemble aircraft interior components. Remove and replace interior coverings and decorative materials. Cut, fit, and install aircraft carpeting and flooring materials. Assist with aircraft upholstery and trim installation projects. Repair damaged interior panels and cabin components. Support installation of aircraft furnishings, sidewalls, trim pieces, and other cabin interior elements. Maintain Quality and Safety Standards Follow company procedures, approved work instructions, and safety requirements. Ensure completed work meets quality standards and customer expectations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Protect customer aircraft, equipment, and interior components throughout the refurbishment process. Continue Developing Your Skills Learn aircraft interior installation techniques from experienced technicians and crew chiefs. Develop skills in aircraft interiors, upholstery, carpeting, trim installation, and cabin refurbishment. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. What You Bring Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Ability to follow instructions and work within established procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications 2-3 years of interior installation, refurbishment, or related experience. Experience in one or more of the following: Aircraft interiors Automotive interiors RV interiors Marine interiors Cabinet installation Flooring installation Upholstery Trim work Interior finishing trades Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn new skills. Experience using hand tools, measuring tools, and common shop equipment. Compensation The base hourly range for this role is $25.00 USD - $35.00 USD. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of experience levels. Specific compensation for this role will be determined by several factors including but not limited to; minimum and preferred qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience and location. Physical Requirements Regularly stand, walk, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb while performing job duties. Frequently use hands and arms to reach, grasp, pull, and position materials. Regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Work in aircraft cabins, hangars, and production environments. Work around noise, chemicals, adhesives, solvents, and other aviation-related materials. Overtime may be required based on business and customer needs.
